Some of the most frequently asked questions are listed below. If you have additional questions, please fill out the “Contact Us” form and someone will contact you with answers.
1. Can I add multiple properties?
Yes, you can. So once you log in, add as many properties as you would like.
2. What does it cost to list a property?
Currently, there is no fee to list your properties. In the near future, there will be a fee charged for new properties added.
3. Can I associate an image with a property?
Yes, you can upload a main image that automatically adjusts to the appropriate size. Once a property is added, you can upload 8 additional images.
4. What if my email changes?
Log in with your old email address and then go to your profile and change it.
5. I added my property and it isn’t showing?
When you add your property, there is a “Show on Site” checkbox. This checkbox must be checked in order for the property to be viewable on GaHomeListing.com. So log back in and go into that property’s details and make sure that checkbox is checked.
6. I have a rental and after it rents do I need to delete it?
No, keep it out there! The next time it is ready to rent, you just have to tweak a few items and you are ready. When you add your property, there is a “Show on Site” checkbox. Once your rental is rented, go back in and uncheck that checkbox. It stays in the database and you can view it, but it is not viewable on the public part of the site.
